The LETS Instructor Basic Package provides the essential supporting products for training students in the LETS Training Program as well as a printed workbook for the instructor training. The package contains two bracelets for your use. If you wish to use and distribute the bracelets in your classes consider purchasing the premium or class ready packages. You can also purchase the bracelets at a 50% discount once you are certified. If you’re needing more customized packages please contact education@letsempower.org or choose your customization in the Instructor’s shop.
The Basic Package includes:
- Your own printed LETS Instructor Training course workbook. A downloadable workbook is free of charge as part of your enrollment in the LETS Instructor Training Program.
- A complete set of high quality large and small instructing flip charts to use with your LETS Training Program lessons when you are certified. The large flip charts can be used with large groups and the small flip charts can be used with smaller groups including instructing and mentoring individuals. Keynote and Powerpoint presentations of the LETS Training Program are included free of charge to certified instructors.
- 2 Lunar Essential Tracker System Bracelets.

FERTILITY TRACKING
Each day, you move the charm to the next bead to keep track on your bracelet where you are in your cycle. This system has a 95% success rate when used correctly with cycles ranging from 26-32 days.
Bead 1 - Is red and is the start of your period. Slide your charm over this bead on the first day of your period.
Beads 2-7 - Represents your period.
Beads 8-19 - Are your most fertile days.
Bead 14 - Is larger and represents ovulation in an average 28 day cycle.
Beads 20-32 - Are non-fertile days and when you will most likely not get pregnant.
