This bracelet is the memory style with beautifully handcrafted artisan paper beads made from recycled paper. It wraps around the wrist approximately 2 1/2 times depending on wrist size and there is no closure so it’s very easy to put on and take off. It is not oil or waterproof. The paper beads will unravel when wet. It’s a bright and traditional style and a definite conversation piece! There are many colors to choose from to coordinate with all your wardrobe choices.
The bracelets come in a variety of colors but each is one of a kind. We will do our best to fulfill your color choice but it may depend on the stock we have available given the beads are carefully created from recycled paper.
Each time you purchase a bracelet we will gift one woman or couple in need a bracelet and essential training in fertility, health and wellbeing.

Paper Beads
Paper or cardboard trash is collected or donated by staff and volunteers. They cut the materials into long triangles, then roll it into croissant shaped beads that become covered with several layers of shellac. Sometimes the cardboard has to be carefully divided in half to become thin enough to roll. This is an art that has been mastered in many developing countries as the paper is readily available and women across the world want to feel beautiful with jewelry that is bright and colorful. The entire process can take up to a week and the women loving craft these beads into jewelry.

Each day, you move the charm to the next bead to keep track on your bracelet where you are in your cycle. This system has a 95% success rate when used correctly with cycles ranging from 26-32 days.
Bead 1 – Is red and is the start of your period. Slide your charm over this bead on the first day of your period.
Beads 2-7 – Represents your period.
Beads 8-19 – Are your most fertile days.
Bead 14 – Is larger and represents ovulation in an average 28 day cycle.
Beads 20-32 – Are non-fertile days and when you will most likely not get pregnant.
