Bring essential reproductive health and basic health and wellbeing classes to your community, staff or organization taught by a certified LETS instructor. These classes provide the basic information all humans need to make more informed choices about their health and wellbeing to improve their future and their standard of living.

This is an excellent option for those who are unable to become certified to teach the materials or simply prefer our staff to handle all the training details.
Organizers can opt for the additional purchase of LETS Bracelets or Menstrual Calendars as part of the training.
OUR CAUSE
LETS is changing the face of individuals and communities in crisis through preventative education, proven tools and self-sustaining employment and manufacturing models. The end goal of any LETS initiative is to empower life choices and prevent children being born into situations where they are victims of trafficking, poverty or abuse.
LUNAR ESSENTIAL TRACKING BRACELETS
Each day, you move the charm to the next bead to keep track on your bracelet where you are in your cycle. This system has a 95% success rate when used correctly with cycles ranging from 26-32 days.
Bead 1 – Is red and is the start of your period. Slide your charm over this bead on the first day of your period.
Beads 2-7 – Represents your period.
Beads 8-19 – Are your most fertile days.
Bead 14 – Is larger and represents ovulation in an average 28 day cycle.
Beads 20-32 – Are non-fertile days and when you will most likely not get pregnant.
Not interested in fertility tracking? LETS bracelets are being used by women and men to inspire their lives and track important daily routines like water consumption, hugs, affirmations, acts of kindness to self and to others or moments of gratitude.
